Per tenant compliant; Tenant called yesterday 5/28/15 to check the status of her work order for her shower leaking. She wanted to know when it would be fixed. I told her I would have to call maintenance and find out when the repair would be...
done. She wanted to know right then, I informed her that I would have to hear from maintenance to give her a time. She said she called the work order in a few weeks ago, she called 5/21/15 last Thursday. I did ask her to not use the shower and she informed me that she couldn't take bathes. I did ask again to please try not to use the shower to cause further damage. This is when she became irate. I told her I would contact maintenance and the repairs would be done asap. At this time 10 am 5/29/15, tenant just called me to inform me that the repairs have been completed and to thank me. We both say we were sorry. She said she will be contacting you also to withdraw compliant.

I asked for them to come out immediately to help prevent the risk of mold. I have a small child in the home who's asthmatic. When asked to reframe from taking a shower I did. Her suggestion to bathe with a cup insulted me. 5/29 someone came to fix my shower and I called Karla to thank her in attempts to bury the hatchet.I hope by sharing my story the company will make steps towards improving customer service.
