On July 8th 2017, Mr*** *** met me at a rental property located in Gloucester Va At the time of the meeting, *** *** asked me if I owned a dog I replied that I owned a year old standard poodle mix that weight lbs

After not receiving any response from *** Management regarding my application, I called the following Wednesday *** *** informed me that my rental application had been denied due to lack of proof of income
Income verification was provided to *** Management in the required forms of pay stubs, bank account statements and letters of Deans of two Universities that employ me stating amounts of contracts for more than *** a month
Mr*** stated that such income was not enough
I proceeded to ask that my son could serve me as a guarantor as st

This company is a jokeI rented a home from them They have a checklist on what needs to be done upon move out, which is typicalWe are a military family and have rented several housesWe did everything on the list, including clean the yard and pay several companies to clean certain thingsWe spent hours in the rain raking leaves, bags laterThey charged us *** anywayOn top of that, not all the items on the list were done when we moved in and they rarely come out to fix anything when you call themWhen I text the business owner to let him know a couple of the companies wouldn't be able to come out before we move(not that it wouldn't get done)He got aggressive and threatened to keep a portion of my deposit and charge me administrative feesWe should have known this company was shady when their own employee warned us to take a lot of pictures and keep them

Potential Renters BEWARE! I put in my application and paid the fee for a rental unit- turns out the unit had already been promised to someone else yet they continued to market the home and take peoples money! Days later, house still listed for rent- No refund for the house I applied for and chance of getting! They are crooks-
