This claim was turned over to our insurance company. I believe they have contacted the claimant about
their findings. I am now involved in the

Buell Fuels never accepted responsibility for this incidentBuell fuels requested that the customer get an estimate for the damage (not the entire driveway) and we would forward it to the insurance company for reviewBuell Fuels as well as the insurance company visited the site and took pictures of the damage and both agree that the driveway was not in good repair; basically the surface under the blacktop was washed out and damaged prior to our delivery truck entering the drivewayBuell Fuels should have been notified of the poor condition of the driveway when the customer signed up for their deliveryThe customer has stated, since the incident, that the other fuel companies that made deliveries always back into her drivewayI believe the customer was well aware of the poor condition of her driveway (which is also very obvious from the pictures) and Buell Fuels was set up for an incident waiting to happenThe driveway was never repaired from the prior washout damageTherefore Buell Fuels and our insurance company do not feel liable for damages and do not feel arbitration is necessaryThank You, Mike

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.As per the letter from the company you will see it clearly states the driver pulled in. Who pulls into a driveway with a full load of fuel and then attempts to turn around? That is when said truck broke through. This is clearly driver negligence. Any major truck company delivering fuel has always backed in to my driveway. An insurance agent representing Buell Fuels did leave me a message but did not tell me when they would be there and also left me the message that I did not need to speak to them. Since then I received a letter from Buell Fuels Insurance that they would not be paying for any of my 3400 dollars of damage their driver did. Big surprise.My Insurance Company has taken over at this point.People need to know this is the way a pre-paid customer was treated.
