Buena Park Self Storage

Review: We rented a 20' U-Haul truck on Friday March 6th, 2015, at 1:00 p.m. (U-Haul contract #[redacted]). The fuel tank was less than 1/2 full. We drove it for 108 miles, put a gas at a gas station next to Buena Park Self Storage business location for $40.00 or 11.5 gallons (we have the receipt) to cover for the spent gas, and returned the truck the same evening. The business was already closed, so we parked the vehicle in front of it at 7:20 p.m. On Saturday morning, March 7, we went to pick up our final contract, and we were told that since we did not put any gas, we are being charged $41.50. We try to dispute the fuel charge, but the customer service rep named Ken refused to even discuss it. Later that day we contacted U-Haul to open a dispute claim, and we were told someone will contact us back within 72 hours. So far, no contact. We emailed U-Haul as well but no response either. Filled out U-Haul Customer Service Survey - the same thing - nothing. We are disputing this charge and want a refund. We have been double charged for fuel!Desired Settlement: Refunding of the fuel charge of $41.50.
