the security of personal items.  We do make a conscious effort to look for the items in question (lost items), if they are not found, we do not reimburse the family for them.   I do reimburse families for items the washing machine might have destroyed or an employee accidently missed-up or missed placed in the past.    If I can get a description of the items in question, I can continue to look for them.   A settlement for the injuries.   What kind of settlement is Ms. [redacted] referring too?  We do not settle injury settlements at the facility level.   That is usually handled by attorney’s or in a court setting.Thanks,[redacted]Administrator
