I HAD YHE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE! the doctor was just an *** who didn't listen to me at all, messed up my face where the Botox was injected, didn't do what he initially said, was horribly rude to his staff and would not refund my voucherI would advise everyone to avoid this clinic NEVER AGAIN!

Delroy's Auto was to perform transmission repair Work was shoddy, had to be redone by another shop though warranty is still good
On 12/7/16, my Ford Explorer was dropped off at Delroy's Auto Repair for transmission repair upon which a deposit of $was provided On 12/26/the vehicle was picked up and the balance of $was paid (total = $2972.34) In March 2017, the vehicle began experiencing transmission issuesOnce again, transmission work was performed (under the 12mth warranty parts & labor guarantee) The vehicle was in the shop for approximately 4+weeks Upon return, I was assured the issue was finally resolved September 2017, the transmission began having issues again I was unable to contact MrDelroy by phone, email listed at the Revdex.com site, or at his shop October 2017, I took the truck to *** for diagnostics I was informed the transmission was gone Transmission work was once again performed I was informed that the bolts, screws were actua

This place should be shut downThey are getting people in with living social coupons and Groupon It is a lost leaderThey up charge you and try to sell you things you don't needI think the Drwas so angry with me he purposefully mess up my Botox My appointment was for they were an hour late taking me in and the sales pressure was unbearable He made me feel like dirtI was repeatedly told what a fabulous surgeon an how he was 99% perfectThe most arrogant man I have ever metWhen he was done he stated I had done nothing today, that because I had done nothing there was no restrictionsIt was horrible and degradingI woukd not let this arrogant man treat my DOG !

To begin the place is very hard to find, there is no sign out side & it looks just like a regular house, I arrived a few mins early for my appointment but was left waiting about 15 mins before I was asked to go into a treatment room to watch a pre recorded video regarding botox & fillers. This was ok, but it was on continuious play, after having watched the recording 3 times I poppped my head out of the treatment room to alert staff the video was almost on its 4th showing, I was then left in the treatment room alone for almost 30 mins.
I had to go out to the main desk again to bring this to the staffs attention, I then was taken into another treatment room where I was given a sales pitch about further treatments. The doctor finally after almost an hour got started on the botox injections. I dont know what he injected me with but it certainly wasnt botox, There was absolutley no diffrence & I feel very dissapointed with the product, & its result!
I tried to reach out to to the clinic with my concerns & wanted to give them the opportunity to make this right but they have not had the common decency to get back to me! DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!! ITS A SCAM & THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!!
