This is in response to the complaint about balance owed by *** ***It is true that I could not extend her lease here any longer due to the fact that she put her notice in and her unit got rented(Her original notice to vacate date was 5/31/and I was able to extend it 6/30/at her
request)The damages charged are correct based on the condition that the unit was left inThere were large items and trash left throughout the apartment full painting, full cleaning, and carpet replacement was required in order to prepare this unit for a new residentNo forwarding address was given at move out and phone calls have been left unreturnedWe made one final courtesy call to *** in order to make payment arrangements before sending over to collections, resulting in this complaint

I am rejecting this response because:
I was on a month to month contract with the apartmentsI was very sick at the timeWhen this was going on in was forced to move in with my daughter and her familyThis was a big arrangement for all of usI was so sick and barely could walk anymore to due my sicknessI could not return any calls because I was in the hospital and rehabs from August till DecemberSo how in the world can I answer any calls when I did not have a phoneI could not clean the apartmentI was forced out the apartment so I had to call my daughter to take me and my son inThis caused me a lot of stress which caused my sickness to get worseMy doctors to not want my stress to effect me with this issue with BobbyI am very afraid to go back to the hospital and rehabs for other six months The carpets were nasty when I move into the apartments which I complain many timesThere nasty spots which caused me and my son terrible allergiesWhich nothing was every doneWe refuse to pay anymore than our cleaning depositI could not give a forwarding address because I did not know if my daughter new house was going to be readyI have proof of hospitals and rehabs

We have recently had the West Valley Building Inspector come into the apt and they have sent them a list of code violations just in our apartment alone.  This in my opinion makes our case as this...

place is unfirt to live in due to the code violations As soon as I have a copy of the inspectors report I will send you a copy.
