Review: Spring 2014, I went to Buena Vista Nursery in [redacted] looking for palm trees. The caretaker, [redacted], encouraged me togo to their bigger nursery on [redacted]. where he claims they have better selection of same. The following Sunday, my wife and I visited this place. We ended up buying eight single-trunk and twotriple-trunk King palm trees. He asked me to use their employees to plantthese trees to avail for one-year warranty of the trees. We agreed, upondelivery, we paid for the palm trees and planting service. A month after the palm trees were planted, I consulted [redacted] regardingthe tree leaves turning brown. He gave me some fertilizer and the brown leaves are gone. February 2015, I complained to [redacted] that one of the three-trunk palm trees died. He said he will replace such tree. A month later, I asked him why he has not replaced the tree yet, he claims he is very busy. May 2015,I asked him again and he claims he is busy but again promised he will replace the tree. I called his brother [redacted], the nursery owner and told him about hisbrother's promise to replace but not fulfilled. [redacted] said he will replace the tree, they are just so busy. I called [redacted] two weeks later to updateme, he promised the same but to date, they have not replaced the tree. I complied with their requirements for the tree to be guaranteed, Ibelieve, how busy they are, they should respond to my repeated request.Desired Settlement: The three-trunk palm tree should be replaced as they promised not having to wait. One palm tree loaded to their delivery truck should not disrupttheir 'busy' status leaving a satisfied customer.
