$627.75.  After receiving [redacted]’s
complaint, we contacted her directly in order to rectify and resolve the
problem.  After speaking to [redacted]
about her experience at the concert, we refunded her the full $627.75 purchase
price of her tickets via [redacted] on August 17, 2015.  [redacted] was content with this outcome and
indicated that it was a satisfactory resolution to this situation.
