Mike Buetow did not deliver all the materials or complete the work that he was hired to do Mike Buetow walked off the job I hired him to correct a waterflow problem with my driveway and do other work for a flat fee price While on the Job Mike then said the driveway would continue to washout if I did not pay extra money to upgrade to re-cycled class from class I said this was unfair practice The driveway washed out even with re-cycled class I would not hire this person Mike refused to come back and address the problems with the driveway or complete the work he left undone He double charged for materials also Mike gave no credit from the first estimate to apply towards the re-cycled class as he said original he would do

Work was not completed that was in the orginal contract and work that was in a verbal contract to me.
Mike never said he would come back and finish the work. He left without completing work on the orginal contract and the verbal contract we had.
I have incurred $420.63 extra expenses for material. Plus $90 to have the material spread. Plus $550 in tree service fees that were suppose to be covered in the contract. Plus I will incur another $500 mobilization fee.
I should never have been charged for the extra material and/or was overcharged. I did not even okay all of the charges.
Please send me the contracts you say we had.
Do you not warrenty your work? I did not get a reply back as to the condiction of our driveway.
