We appreciate referrals!  A Visa Gift Card in the amount of $150 was mailed to this customer's address as requested by [redacted] with a thank you card from my desk in appreciation of the referral.  This is the first time I have heard that it was not received or it would have been immediately...

rectified.  Unfortunately, I have not heard anything regarding the reward until now to know that it was not received.  Another $150 gift card will be reissued since the last one must have been lost in the mail or mistaken for advertising mail possibly.  I encourage customers to call our main office line if not getting answers from our sales team.  Our company line rolls over directly to my personal line on nights and weekends to ensure a high standard of customer communication is achieved.  I sincerely apologize the original card was not received.
