Coupon Fraud Date: November 19th Since 2009, I have purchased coupon books of buy get free "Value Plus" car washes at BuffitAn old coupon was refused as outdated on 11-I had another ticket book (never used)purchased after the outdated coupon & was then told the all were invalid since they were not dated - IT'S THE BUSINESS RESPONSIBILITY TO DATE THE COUPONS not mineWhen I said this, I was then told they were under new Ownership & not honoring the coupons at allManta link shows business open in 1998, gross of approxmillon annually, and no NEW OWNER https://www.manta.com/c/mmfp1pc/buff-it-car-wash-lube-center I've left my phone number for owner (no contact as of 11-21-18) & have filed this Revdex.com complaint As a backup to this filing, I have contacted TV station Channel [redacted] for investigating this as consumer fraudThey are reviewing to pursue this pending the outcome of this Revdex.com complaintI will follow up with [redacted] if necessary & shall also start
