Loss of property I took my car for a carwash a few days later I realized they had taken out my floor mats front and back to vacuum them They failed to put both mats (front and back) back in the car Although they were not brand new they were still $matsI went back when I was in town (as I live hours away) and at first the associate said she was going to check the area where they have mats that may have been left they weren't thereShe got the manager Brook Williams and he stated they don't take mat out of the car to vacuum with was a lie because as he was speaking I saw an employee removing a mat to wash vacuum it Then he said it was days back and his cameras did not go back that far Brook Williams the manager showed nor expressed any concern, empathy or good customer service I paid $for a wash and he offered nothing, no kind of restitution whatsoever
