I am responding to a complaint made to my employer by Ms. [redacted]. Ms. [redacted] filed a complaint on her vehicle which was purchased through us, stating the engine cradle was rotted out and the catalytic converter had gone within 3 months of having the vehicle. We here are a full service...

repair facility and would be more than happy to get her car in and fix any problems she may have. In addition, she has a bumper to bumper warranty purchased at time of delivery in which she can take anywhere and the repairs would be done free of charge. We are willing and able to help our customer out with any of her issues. Thank you, Tiffany L. Buffalo Auto Group
