In Response to the complaint:There are two different situations in this complaint that was handled according to our planAnyone who purchased tickets for the Buffalo Bills vs. *** *** *** game on November 23rd was or will be refunded the full amount within the next few weeks.
Their refund will come based on the way that they paid. If you paid by cash or check, you will receive a check in the mail. If you paid by credit card, the card you used will be refundedThis information was communicated through email, our website (***.com) and the local media outletsWe couldn't offer a ticket exchange for another game because we didn't have enough seat inventory available to accommodate everyoneIn response to Mr*** being told that the game was sold out but later being allowed to buy, I can't seem to find any record of a purchase in his nameI am not saying that he didn't make a purchase but if he could provide me with more information that would be great. There are instances where games are considered sold out and a few tickets can come available because of the returns from National television outlets and the opposing teamWe won't know if those will be available until it gets closer to the gameOur employees can only sell what they can see. At the time that he spoke to someone there was nothing availableI will be more than willing to speak to Mr*** directly about this issue*** ***
