Buffalo Builders were excellent Everything was done in a timely manner I would certainly use them again

As a subcontractor I was employed to do service for this firm.We completed a portion of this project before it was noted that our insurance was not adequate for which they required.Due to this revelation we were unable to proceed with the project.I sent a bill for the work we had already performed and did not recieve compensation.I resubmited this bill with a past due notice and have not been reimbursed.this work was done 6/26/

Buffalo Builders was the approved contractor for my insurance company. They were brought in to replace the floor and baseboard on a flooded bathroom. The work they did on that was fine. We found out the electrical system had been blown out at some point during the repair work. I called up the insurance company and they said I could get that work done through Buffalo Builders. They dragged their feet, wouldn't return my calls or my emails. When they finally sent an electrician up, he was unable to diagnose the problem, going so far as to say some of the outlets in the house did not have current when they obviously did (one had a fan plugged in. His tool didn't register current but I could turn the fan on and it would work). That diagnoses was done at the end of October and they didn't return a call or an email until the beginning of January after I'd complained to the insurance company. I found their behavior incredibly unprofessional.

We have been very unhappy with BBI and the lack of communication regarding work that is being done on our home. Our insurance company hired Buffalo to handle all of the repairs in our home, which includes carpeting, drywall, tile, and wood floors. Two months later, we still do not have our work completed. My project manager does not return phone calls to schedule appointments. He was supposed to drop off carpet and tile samples a week ago and he has not done so, and he has cancelled or shown up late for every appointment he has set with us. We understand that contracting can be challenging because of everyone's different schedules, but, all it takes is communication from the project manager to tell us what is going on in our home. We just haven't gotten it. Additionally, they said they'd put up a lock box for a key while they did our floors. They never did so, and when we asked for our key back they said they'd just left it under the mat! Burglary waiting to happen.

My work for my shower got started in Feb and It just got finished about two days ago. Only because I called and complained because there was more than one occasion that they'd say they were coming and one would show up. I didn't even get a courtesy call to let me know that they weren't coming. Then when I asked to speak with the owner he didn't call then or even after the work was done to do a follow up. I am a military spouse and USAA recommended this company and I honestly feel they should not be recommended to anyone. They don't communicate with you at all and you have to constantly be calling and asking whats going on because no one will call you! The job definitely shouldn't have taken four months to complete.

Absolutely Incompetent. Rude and Negligent. Unprofessional to say the least. April of 2014 Hail storm my roof began to leak. My insurance recommended Buffalo Builders. Now May of 2015 my roof still leaks. Buffalo Builders took 3 Months to replace a roof on a 1200 sq ft house, and it still leaks. I'm waiting for the joke to end, however it wont, every time it rains hails or snows I have to wonder if my roof will hold or give. Most of the time it gives. Now that it has been almost a year and my patience is done these people and employees at Buffalo Builders are becoming more and more rude to me on the phone and in person. Completely unprofessional. Did I say Incompetent? Almost a year later and my roof still leaks!! DO NOT EVER GO WITH Buffalo Builders. There are plenty of other roof contractors in Colorado Springs. Go with someone else.
