Buffalo Civic Auto Ramps (BCAR) is in receipt of the complaint from [redacted]. Below is a summary of a few of BCAR's rules and monthly parker policies related to payment that perhaps [redacted]

representative of [redacted] and the contact person should BCAR have questions or problems with the monthly parkers at two of our locations. As the contact, this person communicates any changes and makes sure the correct payment for the account is received by the due date and time. BCAR's payment policy is that payment is due on the 5th of the month at 6:00pm. Since the 5th fell on a Sunday in July, the payment was due the next business day which was Monday, July 6 at 6:00pm. If the payment is not received on time, the normal procedure is to deactivate the contact person's access card rather than the entire group. The reason for this is to get the person's attention that the company is not paid. This procedure has been in place for over 20 years and has always worked very well. In this case, the payment was not received on time and Ms. [redacted]'s access card was deactivated as the representative of the group. The payment was received the next day and the $10.00 late fee per access card which would have been $330.00 was waived as a courtesy and the contact person's access card was reactivated. This is the procedure followed with all customers. It's unfortunate that the policy was viewed as a personal matter rather than a company matter. Perhaps the company representative or contact person has changed and BCAR was not aware. In the future BCAR will communicate with the correct person in regards to payment since we now know that Ms. [redacted] is not the correct contact person for changes to the group information and she is not responsible for the payment. BCAR has always had a good working relationship with [redacted] and intends to continue in the future. We hope this matter is now closed.  Sincerely, Sam I.
