I am rejecting this response because:notice was given in march and correctedHoa chose to extend through MAYAccording to HOA standards a first notice is sent and if not corrected with two weeks a $fine is imposedThis business chose to wait until JULY to send a second noiceThis business has decided to bend the rules to their liking instead of sending out a first notice as would be expected after so much time had passed. I would also like to remind you that this business has no measurements to back their claim.

I feel that I have addressed the situation and will allow the answer to stand.  Measuring to 8 feet with a measuring stick is not necessary when it's obvious that you can not walk unimpeded on a sidewalk.  The Board of Directors is the governing Board, The HOA has defined Hearing Processes in place.  Several BOARD Members visited the property that day after my email stating the fresh cuts and the Board would review.  Respectfully submittedTim S[redacted]
