The customer notified our offices at the end of June of her reservation cancellation Because the reservation was made more than prior to the cancellation date we are unable to process a refund via the credit card processor (PayPal) Because of this a check was processed and issued to the customer at that time A period of 6-weeks passed with no additional correspondence with the customer Toward the end of August the customer again called to say she had not received payment This was verified as the original check had not been deposited Within approximately 7-days an additional check was issued and sent to the customer The 2nd check was deposited by the customer on Sept If need be I can provide documentation of the deposited check Today is Septand I personally called the customer and left a message asking she contact me directly I believe the issue to be resolved, however I am concerned because the customer opened a dispute with her credit card company which was forwarded to PayPal and then to our offices on Sept Again, I would be glad to provide documentation of the dispute with PayPal if that is required I believe the issue stems from a lost check which was sent in July and this caused the initial concern I regret this took place and as a company we made every effort to rectify the concern once it was brought to our attention by the customer in late August The customer has received the refund and I ask the complaint be closed without further delay As a point of information action to resolve the issue with the customer was taken and completed prior to Revdex.com's involvement
