Had two gate push button remote goosenecks and keypads put in Employee didn't contact me when coming to my property, job was not completed, gate remotes stopped working and still do not work Then was told this employee didn't cement in the goosenecks, as required by the company Also, was told the receiver from the gate remotes was removed entirely from my gate box without authorization, which is why my gate remotes no longer work After calling on multiple occasions, writing a letter explaining my dissatisfaction, Roger came and told me what was still needing to complete the job He told me he would find or replace the gate remote receiver This was months ago and still nothing has been done
