No service was done. I still have an entire panel that is half detached and several other boards at are detaching. This business is clearly not worth trusting if the response is that service has been done to correct the problem. I want someone to come to the house when my husband or I are here to make sure all the boards are fixed.

I submitted my reply before I finished reading the entire log. He mentioned that the crew came to my house between Aug15-Aug25 which was before I filed the complaint. I would have never filed the complaint if the work had been completed. I welcome the Revdex.com to visit my home to see that no work has been done. I also never got a phone call from [redacted]. I would love to see the phone records showing that. If the work had truly been done as indicated then why did it take 22 days for him to respond to the complaint to say it was resolved.

We sent an installer to the job site in late August to address the loose boards. He walked the perimeter of the fence job and renailed any boards that weren't secure. The material used on this job was purchased from the same lumber mill and treatment plant that we have been dealing with since we began building fences in 1990. It is the only supplier we have ever used for pressure treated lumber. I will contact the customer to see if there are any boards that she would like replaced.

Buffalo Fence did come out to my house on October 22nd to repair the fence. About 18 boards were replaced and 3 inch deck screws were placed in a few panels where they were warping. I have a few other panels that are starting to bow and I was advised by [redacted] to just call if they need to be replaced.
