consultation During the consultation our Manager described in great detail what would be required of *** in order for her to have successful treatmentsSince that time, our staff has performed treatments on both the Forearms and Brazilian for ***, as well as additional treatments on various areasOur facility offers a unique 2-Year program which gives our clients the flexibility to take short periods of time off for reasons such as sun exposureOur staff takes safety very seriously; it is how we have built a reputation for superior customer care. To avoid hyperpigmentation, burning, or scarring we recommend a waiting period of weeks post sun exposure before resuming treatment. Furthermore, our staff administered each treatment with professionalism and precisionQuality service was delivered to *** for the duration of her treatments. The recommended treatment plan for *** was a frequency of every 6-weeks, however there were more than weeks between treatments on separate occasions which we did not recommend she do! To date, *** has paid $per treatment which we feel is very reasonableShe has completed a total of treatments and paid a total of $3,438.60- NOT $4,as she suggested*** was given 50% Off her treatment packages at the time of her purchaseEach package that *** purchased had a 2-Year window for her to use the treatmentsThe receipts given to *** each clearly identify the expiration datesHer Forearm package expired months agoHer Brazilian package expired months agoContrary to ***’s claims, she did not talk to different Managers, but rather spoke with staff members, our technician ***, our Assistant Manager ***, and the Sales Representative ***On December 5th, our Assistant Manager offered to extend ***’s package for a inexpensive touprice, which was 75% off the regular priceOur Assistant Manager also offered to speak to the General Manger to find out what other options exist for *** declined both offersIn good faith we would like to extend the final treatments for both the Forearms and the BrazilianThe treatments must be completed by the 4th of February Thank you, *** ** ***, General Manager

The statements above are false. Buffalo laser Spa told me I lost 1/4 inch in total which is not enough to be noticeable and different technicians measured me which is inconsistant. When compairing the before and after photos, the technician ( Dawn) admitted she could not see any change. This is when I asked for my money back and Lisa told me no but they will offer other services which were the same cost. Now I see the costs are very different and I was hoping to get something for my money, but nothing worked. This may work for large people just because they change the way they eat, drink more water and exercise. I do not believe it has anything to do with the lasers. Again BLS would not give me any photos or #'s they wrote. Lisa told me I would see great results, never explaining this may not work. as I stated in my complaint, I would have gotten guaranteed surgery for less money but was afraid of dieing and leaving my 1 yr old son. I am a hard working professional, helping cancer patients find better treatment options for a more quality as well as quantity of life.  I truly believe BLS takes advantage of those who are vulnerable. Also, I did not complete the extra services they offered because I was so disappointed that the service I went for was a joke and I felt I should contact Revdex.com as I realized I had been taken for over $4200.00. I cancelled appointment. I beg you to please help me get my money back and stop BLS from doing this to hard working, honest people who are trying to feel better about themselves. I have no reason to lie and am heart broken that a business owner can be proud to take money for false hope services. Please Revdex.com Help. This experience has taught me as long as I am healthy and I know I take excellent care of myself that I should accept and love who I am.

I would first like to say that I did not require a jump start to a healthy lifestyle. I was already in good shape except for a bit of stubborn belly fat that my healthy lifestyle wasn’t getting rid of; that was the whole point of doing the laser treatment and what the treatments claim to address. To say that I didn’t follow the protocol is absolutely untrue! The fact that you say your staff went above and beyond is laughable. Isn’t calculating my calorie guidelines part of the protocol? On January 17, 2015, I did not state that my diet was a weakness; I simply said that between the diet, water and exercise, diet was the most difficult.  That in no way asserts that I wasn’t following the protocol – another twisting of the truth! I do not recall being offered a second nutrition consultation, but it doesn’t matter because I did not need it and was already following it. The two-week break was actually a 10-day break and it was for my LAST visit. I had a visit on January 31, 2015, and was scheduled for my last visit on February 4, 2015. I emailed the office manager on February 4, 2015 to let her know I could not make my appointment and stated that I could not make it the rest of that week. I expressed concern about whether the following Monday would be too much time in between. She stated, “Monday won't be too long in between. What time works Monday?” I actually scheduled for Tuesday instead because of the times that were available and her only response was “See you then.” Never was it discouraged by her or anybody; if it would have been, I would have found a way to get there. I was also never told that treatments accelerate towards the end,so to say that I sabotaged my results is an outright lie. I will attach the email string between myself and your office manager if you would like to see it for yourself. You imply that I must have been taking in more calories than I was expending. Wrong again! I actually lost some weight but the belly fat remained, so to say that your laser works 100% of the time is false advertising. I lost some weight because of what I was doing myself; I lost no belly fat because your laser does nothing. After I emailed your office manager, she did email me to let me know that she would call me later. She did call me later and I returned her call. Never again did I hear from her. I guess we have different views on what follow-up is. I can pay additional money if I want to see more abdomen loss? There was none to begin with! And to say that my results are directly related to what I put into it? I will say that my results are directly related to what your laser did not put into it! You may have delivered some kind of service, but it was ineffective and is false advertising, and you do not deserve the money you charge. Beware everyone, IT’S A SCAM!

We provide healthy lifestyle changes including diet and exercise as well targeting fat loss with our laser fat removal device. Our company prides itself in excellent customer service and client care. You can see and read the responses from testimonials on our website as well as the Revdex.com website. In [redacted] case we went over and above to help her. I also want to point out that she lost 3.5 inches in her arms as documented by our technician that she has written this complaint about. We provided [redacted] with a FREE laser fat removal treatment on 2 other body areas valued at $1,500.00. She also accepted FREE laser hair removal treatments valued at over $750.00. This was offered to her as goodwill, which obviously didn’t work out for us. Her complaint is unfounded as she lost 3.5 inches cumulatively on her arms and her hearsay and accusations in her complaint about staff are pure conjecture on her part. We offered her free treatments out of the kindness of our hearts, which she accepted. [redacted] neglected to mention in her complaint that she signed a binding contract with us that states, “I certify that I have been fully informed of the nature and purpose of the fat removal procedure, expected outcomes and possible complications, and I understand that no guarantee can be given as to the final results obtained”. [redacted] not only signed the agreement, but she initialed right beneath this statement indicating that she had read and understood it completely. The laser fat removal package is a non-refundable service. Our certified technicians performed the service of each treatment and delivered quality and professional service. At this point we have gone over and above what we can do to help [redacted]. We gave her FREE treatments that she accepted valued at over $2,250.00. She also signed a contract that states that there are no guarantees in the service. We delivered our service to [redacted] and expect to be paid for that service. Our fat removal laser has been incredibly successful for over 98% of our clients, but like any cosmetic treatment there are always one or two who do not follow the protocols which causes results to be less than those desired. On January 3rd, 2015 [redacted] came in for a fat removal consultation. During the consultation our General Manager described in great detail what would be required of [redacted] in order for her to have successful treatments. The protocols discussed included consuming 64 ounces of water daily, filling out a food journal, eating sensibly, and post treatment exercise. It was at this time that our manager and technicians explained to [redacted] the importance of having realistic expectations. Since that time, our staff has performed all 10of her treatments.Our staff went above and beyond for [redacted] by calculating calorie guidelines for her based on her height, weight, age, activity level, and body type. [redacted] went home with an extensive packet of information outlining the protocols and expectations of the fat removal treatments. On January 17th, 2015 [redacted] expressed to our technician how she felt diet was her weakness. We then offered to book a second nutrition consultation, but [redacted] declined.[redacted] chose to take a two-week break between treatments toward the end of her package which was strongly discouraged at a point in time when the treatment results tend to accelerate. [redacted] sabotaged her own results, why? We do not know but me responsibility of her actions fall directly on her and not on the clinic. The laser works 100% of the time. The common denominator in the few complaints we receive is that the clients always take in more calories than they expend.[redacted] also neglected to include her contract with her complaint to your office that the contract is very specific on what is expected of each client. We know what works and our experience in laser fat removal is second to none in the country. The few complaints that we receive are a fraction of the amount of people we perform treatments on each day,week and month. It is unfortunate that a very few amount of individuals don't take responsibility for their failures! The laser works 100% of the time. It is up to the patient to abide to the protocols set forth in their contract. We cannot watch over the patients 24hours a day, it has to be a partnership between the company and the individual. We perform 1,000 to 2,000 treatments per month and it goes to reason we cannot get 100% satisfaction although we do try to achieve that goal. We cannot stress enough that our laser works 100% of the time. When a client hopes to lose more inches, it is encouraged to either purchase more treatments to continue the loss, or to follow the protocols that we have set more strictly. The results we have received in the past few years have been incredible. Our clients are so happy; many of them have offered to speak with prospective clients about how great their experience has been. Since that time, our staff has performed all 10 of her purchased treatments as well as 10 complimentary Gentle Smooth treatments.  Our staff goes above and beyond for each client by calculating calorie guidelines based on height, weight, age, activity level, and body type.  [redacted] refused to take advantage of our calorie calculating tools during her nutrition consultation as she had something else she wanted to use. [redacted] did however go home with an extensive packet of information outlining the protocols and expectations of the fat removal treatments. On December 24th, 2015 [redacted] expressed to our technician how she felt she had over consumed during the holidays. More specifically she had eaten a ‘garbage plate,’ alone with three days of overeating. It is important to note the laser works 100% of the time. The common denominator in the few complaints we receive is that the clients always take in more calories than they expend. In [redacted]’s complaint to Revdex.com she states that she had three days over the holidays where she went above her suggested calorie intake. Contrary to [redacted]’s claim that her measurements showed no loss, our technician documented a cumulative 5.5 inches lost. Our measurement protocol is very precise. We measure with a zero gravity tape measure to remove error and variables. This is impossible to do at home. We cannot stress enough that our laser works 100% of the time. When a client hopes to lose more inches, it is encouraged to either purchase more treatments to continue the loss, or to follow the protocols that we have set more strictly. We as a company are very proud of our reputation. We have treated 10's of thousands of WNY'ers with positive results. We try to achieve 100% satisfaction but when a company like ours deals in the volume we do it is impossible to meet the 100% standard. There are always a few who do not understand...

the program and only complain at the end to try and get something for free or in this case ask for their money back. In this case [redacted] misunderstood the 2 year program as it was explained to her. For 2 years while you are having your laser hair removal treatments you will be hair free. It does not state anywhere in any of our material that you will get 2 years after your initial 2 years free treatments and receive treatments during this 2 year timeframe.The manager has called and explained this to [redacted] again and she stated she understood this. After all, we did all the treatments for [redacted] and expect to be paid for our services.
