We recently received complaint ID [redacted]. At Kingdom, our goal is to provide excellent service to each and every customer we serve; whether that is through product, or service. Our customer did indeed hire us to Create a website for them on June 10, 2016. Included in the package that was...

purchased, we provided the customer with their 5 content pages, sermons on their site, photo gallery, and an events calendar. We received all of the information from the customer on June 13, 2016 and began the production of their website. In both our email, and phone conversations (attached) we set the expectation of 3 to 4 weeks to build the website. This is a standard time frame for all of Kingdom customers. This expectation is set at point of sale. Per our promise, we sent the first draft to the customer on July 6, 2016. At this time, the customer actually submitted changes to be made to their website and was committed to moving forward with this project. We sent changes to the website designed on July 13, 2016 and continued to perform these changes and speak with the customer,The customer called in to cancel a short 5 days later, letting us know that they were not satisfied with the website design, and would therefore be cancelling. Kingdom was more than willing to work with the customer, and even made the requested changes to the website. Unfortunately, our flexibility was something the customer was still unhappy to move forward with. However, we did perform all of what we promised in that price point. $97 was the only fee received from the customer. And, this is Kingdom's pricing for website setup. This is advertised in our catalogs, online, and in e-mail correspondence. We have included some additional information for you to review in regards to ID [redacted], This does include e-mail information and contact information. So, this is to be used only in this ID please. This shows many of our e-mail correspondence with our customer. Originally, as you will see, the customer was thrilled with our flexibility and our understanding to their circumstances. They agreed to a package upgrade, and then since changed their mind. Ultimately, we want to go above and beyond to make our customers happy. Unfortunately, in this instance the customer decided to not move forward with this project. However, we did the work, and were flexible with changes. Ultimately, Kingdom hopes that this can be understood. Thanks,Raena I.Website Department Manager

In response to the clients first and second complaint filed with the Revdex.com..  the work that was completed at the property was under a private insurance policy the home owner purchaser to cover repairs and replacement of water lines..  the homeowner has to homes located on the property and...

both have separate water service limes that were leaking.. as normal and standard practice we contacted the city of buffalo water department for waterbox “ shut off “ locations, they gave use measurement 2 times that were incorrect and both time we went off there measurements  and attempted to excavate the areas so we could restore the water service to the properties. As mentioned both locations were in correct adding additional time, labor and materials to our expenses..We took it on our self as a contractor at that point to find the curb stops / water boxes our self so we could complete the jobs. After a large amount of excavation we finally located the shut offs and water lines on the opposite side of the property and measurement the city of buffalo had on record. We went on to complete the work of installing a new water service from the rear house to the street and from the front house as well to the street. We had the work inspected and backfilled areas of the drive tamping the dirt in place.. the blacktop driveway prior to the start of our work was in extremely  poor condition and NO basic backfilling and restoration would do any justice for the property.. we advised the homeowner of the driveway conditions as well the insurance company. at that time the homeowner understood he needed to address the issue himself of fixing the driveway as well the insurance company advised that the policy ONLY covered basic restoration and they DO NOT cover driveway replacements or repairs.. To help ease the issues we went out of our way and contacted 3 different driveway / blacktop companies to give prices on the repair or replacement of the driveway..    we went on to summit these quotes directly to the homeowner, these quotes were provided early july ..As well the homeowner had some plumbing issues inside the properties outside of the insurance company coverage that we corrected and repaired an NO charge to the homeowner or the insurance company. In early September we returned to the property at no additional charge to replace the concrete sidewalks and  concrete approach only as well again tamped and stoned areas of the driveway to allow access, we also graded and seeded areas of grass from the excavation .In  late September the homeowner had 1 of the 3 companies we referred to fix the driveway complete the repairs .. at this point there is no worries about snow plowing as well as per the policy the homeowner had with the insurance company there was NO obligation to restore the property landscape or blacktop, yet we went above and beyond as a contractor to replace the sidewalk and apron of the driveway, grade and seed the property as well fix plumbing issues outside of the original work .. Joel T[redacted]###-###-####  (The plumber )www.theplumberwny.com###-###-####  (72 degrees)www.72degreeswny.com###-###-#### ( FAX)

August 13, 2015 Revdex.com 100 Bryant Woods SouthAmherst, NY 14228 Re: [redacted] Complaint [redacted] In response to the complaint of plumbing service in December 2014, I do want to apologize for any delay or frustration this may have caused you during the process. It is my goal to offer...

and give 100% customer satisfaction in any small or large project we do as a company.  We original received the service call in December of 2014 for a sewer issue not from the above customer but from a 3rd party insurance that the homeowner purchased a policy from for sewer and water coverage. We attempted to cable and open the sewer to found the line to need a repair, the insurance company approved the repair of the sewer as well the policy covers BASIC rough grade and seed ONLY to the area of excavation.  While making the repairs that were approved through the insurance company we also found some additional concerns with the sewer line to the curb line, we presented the owner a quote outside of the insurance company to repair the additional section of sewer as well replace 1 sidewalk block as well  grade and seed the area of excavation .   “Invoice # 10037 attached”.  We did complete both repairs of the sewer for both the customer as well the insurance company on December 17th, 2014. The sewer lateral is fixed and working correctly with out and issues, the sewer repair also came with a 5 year warranty on back up and repairs… the only issue is the poorly replaced sidewalk block that needs to be again replaced, but was already replaced once.  With the extreme winter we had and the long delay in good weather from spring to earlier summer because of rain and snow melt off, ALL of our return landscape and concrete jobs not just the address above in reference were delayed. With our continued heavy work load into the spring and summer season, we attempted to sub contract out all our landscape and concrete work to a different contractor just so we could get them all completed, the sub contracted performed some of the jobs in a extremely poor fashion nor just coulndt do all the jobs in the allowable time. We as a company needed to complete and return to this jobs ourselves being the above mentioned home one of them.  Currently we are scheduled to return today 8/13/2015 to remove the concrete as well redo the grade and seed portion of the landscape. We are returning tomorrow 8/14/2014 to replace and pour the new sidewalk pad.    Again I apologize for any inconvenience or service related issues you had with our company. We take pride in our company and the service we offer to our residential clients, we hope that you would try our company again in the future. . Thank you   [redacted]

When the Plumber 72 degrees dug up my driveway at the rear house there was a concrete block on the foundation that leads to the basement that was dislodged by them. I know that it was not done on purpose and maybe not even noticed at the time but I discovered it before the work was completed and mentioned it along with the other issues ( leak in front house basement at the site where the water meter was installed),the driveway spicket not working and the big boulder left on the grass behind the front house. The leak in the basement is not as bad but still there. The boulder was removed, the spicket was addressed and now works but the concrete block is dislodged still and I want that put back in place. I tried but was unsuccessful. I feel that since they created this issue that it should be repaired/resolved by them.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
