First, [redacted] is completely manipulating this whole situation. J&K Roofing was called out to tear off (2) square front porch roof and install new shingled with gutters and elbow, which we did. As, a COURTSEY we replaced the upper shelf gutter downspout and put it... back in its original position (Which she never paid us to do in the first place) She requested this service and we accommodated her as we do with most of our clients. Now here is where [redacted] is manipulating the situation we installed the drain the way it's designed to drain properly and the way it was originally positioned, but [redacted] now decides in another FAVOR she wants us to come back out and twist the elbow in a different direction to divert rain.Here's the problem.... FIRST, SHE NEVER PAID US FOR THIS SERVICE, WE DID AS A COURTSEY... and because we didn't JUMP back to her property to do another FAVOR she put this complaint in well sadly this is era we live in, THIS COMPLAINT has nothing to do with the WORK, WE were CONTRACTED and PAID to do!! [redacted] should exercise some PATIENCE and HUMBLENESS when a company provides her with a FREE service instead of blasting them on the internet because she wasn't able to keep manipulating the situation!! UPLOAD your contract and let the people see the TRUTH!!!!!
