The problem is I never received the email that there even was a response from the owner.  The first time I even saw his response was when I clicked on the pdf I followed through this email I just received today.  Is there a way I could respond still?  He continues to lie in his most recent letter.  He references a conversation we never had and tries to say the damage to my property is not his responsibility even though it was his driver that told me where he should dump the load.  Thank you for your help and please let me know if there is anything further I can do.   Sincerely, [redacted]

what he had, put some topsoil down, and seed it for him which we did do twice. Why he is not getting grass or hasn't gotten grass yet is beyond me. Maybe he ain't watering it, I don't know, there could be a million reasons but it's got no bearing on us. We didn't guarantee him grass or tell him we'd get him grass. We just seeded it and it was up to him to do the rest.
