(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)q If they send a replacement, as well as a replacement of oil and a refund on the starter fluid, both of which were a complete waste because they have my original oil that was unused and they had me buy starter fluid, which is not a requirement for this item according to the instructions, then I will foot the bill for the new propane tank purchased because they wanted to know if it was the original propane tank purchased for this generator, or a new oneHence, I am requesting $be sent to me for all the waste, trouble, etc., in addition to the generatorFurther, the generator should be mailed next day air so I don't lose power and find myself w/an unheated home and young children (mostly an issue if a blizzard keeps us from leaving the house to go to a hotel)

We have sent the customer a brand new unit via UPS tracking #***We are unable to do anything else at this time

Unfortunately, I am unable to verify where the customer stated it was okay to ship a replacement motor within the continental USThe last email I have states the customer would like the have the replacement motor shipped to the address in PR, which we are unable to doHowever we are more than
willing to ship the replacement motor to the original address the generator was sent toAlso we have advised that we do have a service center in PR which would be covered under the year warranty that we are willing to send the customer toI would also like to add that at this current time we are in contact with ***, who is working with the customer on resolving this issue as wellAs of yesterday 4/3/we advised *** that we can send a replacement motor to the address on the original order or have the customer take the unit to the service center we have in PRWe have reached out to *** today for an update as we were last informed that their customer service team would be reaching out to *** ***As stated above we have options in addressing the customers issues and apologize that the customer feels his issue was not being handledI am able to provide email documentation from *** and us showing that we are working together to get the customer issue addressedOnce again we apologize for the issue at hand and will continue to work with *** on getting the issue fixed Thank You,*** ***
