I agree with a prior negative review This business is in the business of game playing Somehow, they can convince HOAs into renewing contracts but what happened to me is inexcuseable and amounts to corporate stalking by their LCAM, Christian C I was singled out in for feeding waterfowl I believe it was the very first time Christian Cever personally visited a resident/owner about anything If there was an actual building concern, Condominium Associates is nowhere to be found which can be verified by all the work orders that go unaddressed by numerous residents So, to be singled out and get a home visit for allegedly feeding waterfowl while numerous residents are actively engaged on a daily basis in feeding a whole host of species It appears that Christian Cis only capable of showing up if a woman is involved and I do not believe he would ever show up to admonish a family or a man Targeting me was at the behest of a flipper who wasn't even going to live by me who called me names about the time that Christian Cshowed up to make accusations simply based upon a flipper who although he owned more units than I do, had no more rights than I did Fast forward to fumigation issues: Where was Christian C? His only efforts were to not hold the pest company accountable and to show up once again with the pest company who was already denying everything to everyone and another round of intimidation ensued I was not well at the time due to the fumigation problem that still exists in Christian Calways targeting me and providing his services as a shield to contractors and it only gets worse: FAST FORWARD to January of I am not feeling well on Monday, January 25, I made one phone call to cancel a doctor visit I had been ill from a pesticide incident outside on Nov16, and since November, had difficulty driving and with all over weakness When a person cannot even keep a doctor appointment because they are too ill to keep that appointment, well, they are probably asleep or resting which I was Did that stop Christian C? Not at all While I was sleeping, unbeknownst to me, this employee of Condominium Associates was contacting the Pinellas Park Police Deptto have me "arrested" for trespassing [redacted] another building It is amazing what someone who is ill can do while they are ASLEEP To make matters worse, once against, Christian Cshows up at my door downstairs (corporate stalking) with two very large police officers in black uniforms I went to the bedroom windows upstairs to see who was at the door I was shocked at what I saw and heard One of the police officers repeated a LIE that began with Christian Cwhen he phoned in the request to have me arrested (after I got a copy of the incident report, I was able to see that there were NUMEROUS LIES in an attempt imho to either have me arrested and have to go through that process bec even though I would have been innocent until proven guilty, I would have had numerous expenses, I was constantly sick from the pesticide symptoms and one of the objectives of "corporate stalking" is to intimidate and embarrass the targeted individual Individuals are targeted usually over money or property Well, bingo This situation has both elements Would anyone like to be awoken by a property manager who only shows up in a blue moon to harass you specifically and is always escorted by other men as a show of force in my opinion and all this time, I am just a resident, I am a nice person and no matter what someones personality is, NOBODY SHOULD BE REQUESTED TO BE ARREST based upon allegations reported to the police department by the LCAM and who pays for Condominium Associates? I do So, I ask you this: why do I pay Condominium Associates to TRY TO ARREST ME for being sick from pesticides which they mishandled since day one back in December, 2014? IIMO, there is a [redacted] factor with Condominium Associates and even Christian C***'s supervisor tried to blame me when I was unable to leave and was exposed once again to pesticides knowing after January 25, that indeed I had an environmental illness and that it was IMPERATAIE that I be away from the property before any termite tenting is done on property TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, the week prior to the CHARGES to the police, I contacted Condominium Associates Call Center and requested that I be notified in advance since "the fumigant didn't like me very much" and was assured I would be notified a day or two ahead of time I did not ever request MORNING OF, with two large police officers and an incident report that indicated I was not sleeping, that I was creating a disturbance I would not recommend Condominium Associates to anyone unless you are like minded and don't care about the residents, work orders but function as more of an organization that takes money per door and engages in corporate stalking of women

Condominium Associates is a fantastic organization I wish I could add a thousand exclamation points but the comment box has limited parameters The fine individuals of this company run the day to day operations like a well-oiled machine If you are on the Board of Directors of an HOA and work with this incredible group, "wow," expect truly unprecedented service Get this, you can threaten to fine neighbors $100/day without any evidence at all Yes, you heard that right, power like you have never felt before You dislike a neighbor? Doesn't matter the reason, make up something about a trashcan being out of place or too many leafs on the sidewalk and send these fine folks over at Condominium Associates a complaint They will hound those pesky neighbors and be as rude as possible until they are forced to leave Stand up job employees, keep up the outstanding work

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowHolland House has offered me $800, claiming that is what they were paid for the furniture We have no proof this is what they received for the furniture, for us it is simply a number they came up with and considering what we paid for the set, it seemed unreasonably low for three pieces of furniture I did inquire how long furniture is supposed to last, he said given our situation (small kids) 5-years With the $refund, for us to pay nearly one thousand dollars (more than 50%) for a year worth of use of furniture which experienced issues nearly the entire time seems unfair We would like to receive $for the set, given the time it lasted and the price we paid, we feel this is more than fair That is us still taking a substantial hit given the situation I would like to note that we were offered a replacement, which I did confirm with Mark would come with the one year warranty, however when pressing it, Mark stated that they manufactured minimally in upholstry and referred me to Professional Warehosue (the reseller) I advised him that was 4+ hour away He did not know about delivery and made it seem like we would be responsible for that We do not have access to a trailer, so renting one plus the time and gas involved is not an option for us at this time True we did purchase this at a going out of business sale, however Professional Warehouse did confirm that we hold warranty still as did Holland House Mark stated that we're in a unique situation as the warranty extends to the business which we purchased from and not to the end customer Given the situation, (screws coming out, fabric peeling, foot rests leaning, seams coming apart) one would think Holland House would want to make this right Mark did seem concerned and understood why we were frustrated and that we should be compensated At this point I think it's simply a matter of the amount that we need to come together on After paying nearly $for furniture, that per him should have lasted 5-years, that lasted not even a year, let alone a few months, we don't feel that asking for $is unfair We feel we're still taking a substantial hit [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards, [redacted] ***

Even though the consumer bought our product from a retailer during a “Going Out of Business Sale”, and it is clearly marked on her receipt “Sales Final”, we have offered her a replacement or a refund of the amount we had sold it to the retailer She is still unhappy and wants us to refund the full amount she paid to the retailer that is no longer in business Regards, Marc A [redacted] VP, Operations Holland House Furniture Cell: [redacted] Office: [email protected] East 33rd St Indianapolis, IN

I would not use Condominium Associates for your property management services as we have had nothing but problems with their services and when we tried to cancel your contract with them they denied us. Peter H, Treasurer of [redacted] Associations, Inc.

Condominium Associates is a fantastic organization. I wish I could add a thousand exclamation points but the comment box has limited parameters. The fine individuals of this company run the day to day operations like a well-oiled machine. If you are on the Board of Directors of an HOA and work with this incredible group, "wow," expect truly unprecedented service. Get this, you can threaten to fine neighbors $100/day without any evidence at all. Yes, you heard that right, power like you have never felt before. You dislike a neighbor? Doesn't matter the reason, make up something about a trashcan being out of place or too many leafs on the sidewalk and send these fine folks over at Condominium Associates a complaint. They will hound those pesky neighbors and be as rude as possible until they are forced to leave. Stand up job employees, keep up the outstanding work.

They play games with the people who live in these communities. I lived in Suncoast Meadows with my in-laws for four years, and now we are in a neighboring community. CA charges MORE and has fewer amenities!! Let me just say they take no responsibility for their mistakes but if you so much as allow one inch to grow on your lawn, they immediately send you a letter and threaten charging for lawn mowing services. The community looks like [redacted]. The pool, which is supposedly closed for cleaning on Monday, is ALWAYS dirty. They send out notices for minuscule things, but they cannot give correct information for anything over the phone. My husband called in advance to ask what was needed to get a pool key from this association and was told all he needed was the owner of the home and her driver's license. We went. They conveniently had a notice stating there was a restriction on the property because it was being rented, which I'm pretty sure was printed while we're there.

I agree with a prior negative review. This business is in the business of game playing. Somehow, they can convince HOAs into renewing contracts but what happened to me is inexcuseable and amounts to corporate stalking by their LCAM, Christian C. I was singled out in 2014 for feeding waterfowl. I believe it was the very first time Christian C. ever personally visited a resident/owner about anything. If there was an actual building concern, Condominium Associates is nowhere to be found which can be verified by all the work orders that go unaddressed by numerous residents. So, to be singled out and get a home visit for allegedly feeding waterfowl while numerous residents are actively engaged on a daily basis in feeding a whole host of species. It appears that Christian C. is only capable of showing up if a woman is involved and I do not believe he would ever show up to admonish a family or a man. Targeting me was at the behest of a flipper who wasn't even going to live by me who called me names about the time that Christian C. showed up to make accusations simply based upon a flipper who although he owned more units than I do, had no more rights than I did. Fast forward to fumigation issues: Where was Christian C? His only efforts were to not hold the pest company accountable and to show up once again with the pest company who was already denying everything to everyone and another round of intimidation ensued. I was not well at the time due to the fumigation problem that still exists in 2016. Christian C. always targeting me and providing his services as a shield to contractors and it only gets worse: FAST FORWARD to January of 2016. I am not feeling well on Monday, January 25, 2016. I made one phone call to cancel a doctor visit. I had been ill from a pesticide incident outside on Nov. 16, 2015 and since November, had difficulty driving and with all over weakness. When a person cannot even keep a doctor appointment because they are too ill to keep that appointment, well, they are probably asleep or resting which I was. Did that stop Christian C? Not at all. While I was sleeping, unbeknownst to me, this employee of Condominium Associates was contacting the Pinellas Park Police Dept. to have me "arrested" for trespassing ** another building. It is amazing what someone who is ill can do while they are ASLEEP. To make matters worse, once against, Christian C. shows up at my door downstairs (corporate stalking) with two very large police officers in black uniforms. I went to the bedroom windows upstairs to see who was at the door. I was shocked at what I saw and heard. One of the police officers repeated a LIE that began with Christian C. when he phoned in the request to have me arrested. (after I got a copy of the incident report, I was able to see that there were NUMEROUS LIES in an attempt imho to either have me arrested and have to go through that process bec even though I would have been innocent until proven guilty, I would have had numerous expenses, I was constantly sick from the pesticide symptoms and one of the objectives of "corporate stalking" is to intimidate and embarrass the targeted individual. Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Holland House has offered me $800, claiming that is what they were paid for the furniture.  We have no proof this is what they received for the furniture, for us it is simply a number they came up with and considering what we paid for the set, it seemed unreasonably low for three pieces of furniture.  I did inquire how long furniture is supposed to last, he said given our situation (small kids) 5-7 years.  With the $800 refund, for us to pay nearly one thousand dollars (more than 50%)  for a year worth of use of furniture which experienced issues nearly the entire time seems unfair.  We would like to receive $1000 for the set, given the time it lasted and the price we paid, we feel this is more than fair.  That is us still taking a substantial hit given the situation.  I would like to note that we were offered a replacement, which I did confirm with Mark would come with the one year warranty, however when pressing it, Mark stated that they manufactured minimally in upholstry and referred me to Professional Warehosue (the reseller).  I advised him that was 4+ hour away.  He did not know about delivery and made it seem like we would be responsible for that.  We do not have access to a trailer, so renting one plus the time and gas involved is not an option for us at this time.  True we did purchase this at a going out of business sale, however Professional Warehouse did confirm that we hold warranty still as did Holland House.  Mark stated that we're in a unique situation as the warranty extends to the business which we purchased from and not to the end customer.  Given the situation, (screws coming out, fabric peeling, foot rests leaning, seams coming apart) one would think Holland House would want to make this right.  Mark did seem concerned and understood why we were frustrated and that we should be compensated.  At this point I think it's simply a matter of the amount that we need to come together on.  After paying nearly $1700 for furniture, that per him should have lasted 5-7 years, that lasted not even a year, let alone a few months, we don't feel that asking for $1000 is unfair.  We feel we're still taking a substantial hit.
