If I could give this place a more negative rating I would! The following is the message I wrote to Buffalo Wild Wings head quarters :We didn't appreciate the attitude of our waiter There was fecal matter that was left on one of the chairs and one of our friends sat on itNot very sanitary for the customers We were extremely offended that the waiter told us, "Just cause you sat in st, you want a free meal" Is this the kind of people who represent your company He also didn't give the correct change back to another one of our friends We weren't going to leave him a tip, but it looks like he decided to take his own tip before returning our money This was the first time I have ever been to this establishment and I can truly tell you it was the worst eating experience of my life I felt belittled and extremely disappointed One of our friends also spoke to the manager about what was going on but apparently the manager didn't understand or maybe thought we were lying....or maybe didn't care This is a shame....I'm ashamed of y'all I've decided to put a negative review in any place I can think of on this Buffalo Wild Wings

Ordered 32 wings in total to go, it turned out only 25 wings when I arrived home. SEVEN wings missing. I call the store immediately and they were really rude. They did not admit and asked me to go back to store. I am not going back, it takes 30min drive. The waiters were rude there. I am so mad about this store. That seven wings worth only five dollars but I am going to dispute my credit card just because of their bad manner.

The soft drinks price is not listed on the menus. The customer does not know they are being charged $2.79. I was reading menu and saw the different soft drinks available. I could not find the price any where on menu. Desired SettlementAll Buffalo Wild Wings Menus in North Carolina has the same menus. They should post the price of the soft drinks so the customer can see how much they are paying. This is a very deceptive practice.
