I was never contacted back or even left a voice mail to return anybody's phone call in regards to our last visit on October 18,We were never frequent customers of this restaurantWe came in a few times a month and used the free wing coupons that we received for giving feedback onlineI was never informed that our coupon was not good on our last visit on October 18,My husband and I have always at least a few dollars for good serviceWe have always received good service up until October and that is our right to tip or notWe chose not to tip because our service was terrible on that visitThe last visit to this restaurant we spend $and some changeAs far as just ordering water, I didn't it was a requirement to purchase a pop, liquor or beer in order to get decent serviceThe general manager was very rude and unprofessional when he followed us out the restaurantHe did look as though he was going to attack usI have never had this kind of experience with any general manager or owner of any company beforeThey should be ashamed of themselves for responding with such statementsI wish not to be bothered or harassed by anybody again at Buffalo Wings and rings including the General manager [redacted] and the owner of this restaurant Kriistin Justice

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaintOur home office hadtried calling Ms*** at the end of October to remedy the situation but neverreceived a response from herThese customers have a history of taking advantage of our Club CustomerAppreciation
Program by signing up for the program under multiple emailaddressesThis program provides coupons to our loyal guests so they can enjoyspecial discounts on menu itemsOur general manager and our corporatemarketing staff began seeing a pattern with these customers since they consistentlypresent multiple coupons for the same promotion.Everyone at the restaurant knows these customers as they come in on a frequentbasis, sit at the same area to watch the game, and always use a couponThey usuallystay awhile and drink water along with their discounted mealIn their complaint,they stated that they don't tip for poor serviceIt's interesting, if they receive poorservice each time they come to the restaurant, why do they keep coming back? Onthe other hand, the wait staff gets frustrated by not receiving a tip by the samecustomers over and overOf course, tipping is customary in the service industry butnot requiredOn their latest visit to our restaurant, they brought in their own drinks to enjoy withtheir mealWe are a full service restaurant and barWe offer a variety of beverageoptionsWhen the bill arrived, they presented an invalid coupon, but Phil, themanager, chose to honor it anywayWhen the customers left and the server I collected
the check, it was shortThat's when Phil-had a discussion with them

We came in a few times a month and used the 5 free wing coupons that we received for giving feedback online. I was never informed that our coupon was not good on our last visit on October 18,2014. My husband and I have always at least a few dollars for good service. We have always received good service up until October 18.2014 and that is our right to tip or not. We chose not to tip because our service was terrible on that visit. The last visit to this restaurant we spend $30 and some change. As far as just ordering water, I didn't it was a requirement to purchase a pop, liquor or beer in order to get decent service. The general manager was very rude and unprofessional when he followed us out the restaurant. He did look as though he was going to attack us. I have never had this kind of experience with any general manager or owner of any company before. They should be ashamed of themselves for responding with such false statements.
