I have had a payment arrangement with Buffaloe & Associates for three years, which speaks volumes about me wanting to pay the two accounts off with them A three-year payment arrangement I have continued to pay them, and on Friday the 20th of May, I go to my bank account and they have levied "all" my money from the bank They never called to tell me they were going to do this, nor did they say that they were unhappy with our payment arrangements I had struggled through the recession for eight years, but to levy a bank account, after three years of faithful paying -- ambushed my bank account and now I have a zero balance They never told the court that I was a good payee, or that we had a payment arrangement They must have been having a hard day I would not recommend this company to anyone I feel they disrespected the integrity of the process Some lady named Dee Dee She is literally a bully, and someone should stop her She took my car note, my health insurance, my tuition, and my mortgage check barely made it through Just lowdown I could have understood it better if I was a "no pay" on the run I meet with my lawyer tomorrow at 3:

I got a letter in April to call and set up a payment plan or they would take measure further after April 20. I called somewhere between April 15 and 17. I talked to a representative who was very rude. I tried to set up a payment plan of $35 a month. She says "do you know ow long it will take to pay that off".....I can do math lady. She later said go online and pay, but by check not credit card and you should be good. So I did so. The next month, May, I called to make sure I was still good to make payments. [redacted], who was very helpful, told me my payment plan was not set up properly and that I would soon be summoned to court. [redacted] then proceeded to properly set up my file and even mailed paperwork detailing everything we discussed. However, none of that mattered cause I still have to appear in court, pay court fees, all because they screwed up. So on my end it appears as if I was not willing to cooperate. I did my part, and their rep did not.
