I am rejecting this response because:? They keep telling me that they did not authorize the work to be performed on the engine that I purchased but on the bottom of the receipt that I was issued statedand I quote "Inspect and replace, if needed timing gears, chains or belts."? For them to neglect to read or understand their receipt should not be at my expense.? Yes they did issue me a full refund and now they have the engine with the new parts and labor that I put in,? I feel that they should not profit from their mistake!? The mechanic that I have doing the work was going to remove the new parts and install the original parts that was on the engine but the manager at Rancho Ford Truck informed me that he would not take the engine back if the new parts were not on the engine.? I can not afford to get another engine and do the same work over twice
