Buford Family Practice

On 5/19/I went to Buford Family Practice and Urgent care for a visit regarding changing my medication, and to get some routine testing done for schoolI paid my Co-pay upon checking in of approximately $The visit went as normal, I had blood drawn for testing I needed to get done for school, but I was alerted they were unable to do a TB PPD testing on this date (Thursdayat about 1400-in the afternoon) because the test takes 48-72hrs, and they are closed on Saturdays after 1300, and they are completely closed on SundayI was told that if I came back within a week it would all be under the same visit, and I would not be charged for any extra visitsI agreed with this, and returned on 5/25/and had my TB PPD placed, and on 5/28/I came back and had the PPD read (I didn't even make appointment/check in for this they just told me to show up around this time to have it read)Today, on 8/5/while going in for a routine appointment I was alerted that I was indeed charged

I need to file a complaint again this officeMy daughter was seen here three times in January ( which I will NEVER go back) The waiting time to be seen is for at lease an hour or if not more AFTER my appointment time!! Their staff are extremely rude and unprofessional! Their billing staff takes weeks to return your call and never picks upWhen I finally got in touch with her after a month of leaving VMs, she was extremely rude and refused to rebill my claims using the correct modifiers with the coding, and when I asked her to call my insurance with the reference number I was given so they can tell her how to correctly bill and confirm it was processed incorrectly -it she said no because she doesn't have to...Her name is Latoya, she would not give me her last name because she said she didn't have to againThey also charge patients more then what the insurance requiresTHIS IS NOT LEGAL!!
