tune-up on the air conditioner. The fee for the service was $89.00 for which he was given a credit card number. Per our procedure, the card number was documented on the invoice and was pre-authorized for $89.00. We feel that services were appropriately rendered; however, in the spirit of good faith a refund in the amount of $89.00 was mailed to the customer on 4/7/2017.
