Bug Out Pest Control

I live in a multi unit apartment complex and this is the pest control company that the apartments useBack in December I had an issue with bed bugs due to the neighbor next door bringing in a recliner with them in itBug out came in at that time and sprayed only onceThen in June of this year yet again I had an issue with them and they claimed there were none in my home or my neighbors however after I inspected the home again when I got home I found them and so did my neighborWe yet again let the landlord know and bug out came out againThey are only coming one time to spray for bed bug infestations and not looking and thoroughly inspecting the unitsThey are doing nothing to make the issue get better

Firstly, our company is contracted to the NECAC Corporation, not any individual tenant of their properties. In response to the listed complaints in their stated order. In the six plus months between December & June there were no sightings or complaints of an ongoing issue
with any of the tenants in said units. Therefore no specific bedbug treatment was performed. We checked in with these tenants on a monthly basis. Understand that these bedbugs did not just walk in from outside, they were introduced to the apartments. We have performed the most aggressive treatment to these apartments following the label recommendations as we can. Furthermore, the infected apartments have yet to this date been in full compliance in their preparation checklist for treatment protocol that was provided to them through the NECAC corporation. We can only treat areas of the unit that are properly & thoroughly prepared for us to treat. I have visited said unit or units on at least 3, maybe times in the last month & a half. We are working with the apartment management team to rectify this issue. This is not a treatment issue, this is a preparation & communication issue
