To the Revdex.com Dispute Resolution Team:Please accept this email as a response to the above referenced complaint We have reviewed the service dates, tickets and additional information as it pertains to this case The resident did not contact this office until well past the day warranty
period The tenant did not receive the final disposition ticket because she was not the customer and was not responsible for the payment The Management Company was the customer and they received the information to include the "all clear" ticket The Management Company and the owner of the condominium where this resident lives are working with this company to resolve the issue and they have taken the side of Bug Patrol's response For this reason we believe this complaint not to be valid, neither on its merits nor the resident's responsibility to make a complaint This is a landlord - tenant issue and she should be working with her landlord and Management Company who in turn are working with our organization The landlord is currently working with us on future payment for services and on follow up treatmentsShould you have any further questions please don't hesitate to contact me Thank you for your time and attention Brent Williams
