Still have had no contact from Bug source at all. They told you they would look into it and contact me. as of the writing of this email I still have had no contact from them.

Review: I ordered product online the company took money from my bank account as soon as I hit submit button. After a couple weeks of waiting for product to be delivered I tried to contact them through e-mails and phone calls. No response at all from the support tech all I wanted was to have a tracking order # or a response to one of many attempts I made to contact someone in company. I would like my order delivered but now they have me wondering how legit this place(Bug Source) really is..... if I do receive my order will it be watered down, or tampered with?Desired Settlement: At this point I am fed up with the wait an the lack of proper business conduct. All I wanted was a response from company , in reference to a tracking order #. Being unable to do so I would expect a FULL REFUND OF $65.46 TO MY DEBIT CARD /BANK ACCOUNT. They say that there maybe a %20 restocking fee on all returned orders, which I shouldn't be charged since I have NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER
