Dear Sir,I have [redacted] a conversation that we have had with Mr [redacted] through FacebookWe spoke with this customer by phone after he received his first billHe explained that his nephews were going to help him with his payment and they have backed outWe made an arrangement with the customer to pay $each month until his Modem was paid in full This amount included his monthly service charge of $+ taxes and fees and his modem arrangementOur process to pay on a modem is up to months, but we extended this for this customerHe has contacted us through [redacted] (10-2-16) due to a problem connecting to his email accountWe responded to him but he never contacted us backThen on 11-7-he contacted us through [redacted] in reference to his bill and we replied to contact our Customer Care Manager, Angie T***, at [redacted] ***We told him we would be happy to go over any charges that he did not understandHe has not contacted BIT.As you will see on the [redacted] , we have tried to help this customer in every way but he is not been cooperative We will be glad to speak with this customer if he wishes to respond to request

Our normal process to pay on a modem is up to 3 months, but we extended this for this customer. He has contacted us through [redacted] (10-2-16) due to a problem connecting to his email account. We responded to him but he never contacted us back. Then on 11-7-16 he contacted us through [redacted] in reference to his bill and we replied to contact our Customer Care Manager, Angie T[redacted], at [redacted]. Review: We received a letter with a major change to their data policy with their wireless internet we were promised unlimited then convinced to leave our current satellite internet provider at the the cost of a 170.00 termination fee we bought equipment and services for eg [redacted] based on that promise then the changed their business model midstream decide to start charging data caps etc providing less then our old provider provided basically a bait and switch. We were sent a letter that basically says pay or quit I would gladly provide the letter. if we choose to leave to go back to other providers they agreed not to charge us a termination fee but we will still have o pay up front fees to other companies !! we signed a 2 year agreement with them !! If we changed our mind we could not just send a letter telling everyone we changed our mind oh well it is a very unprofessional way to do business costing me and others a lot of many plus I told others about the service and they signed up now mad at me !Desired Settlement: I would like them to not change their data policy with their wireless internet we were promised unlimited then convinced to leave our current satellite internet provider at the the cost of a 170.00 termination fee we bought equipment and services for eg [redacted] chrome [redacted] based on that promise then the changed their business model midstream decide to start charging data caps etc less then our old provider provided basically a bait and switch.
