I ordered alot of stuff through them and a pair of twister front tires, they called me said they didnt have the tires, so I said ok just give me my money back on those and ship everything else, so the lady said ok, so later that day I get a email saying my order was partially shipped so I emailed the place little conserned cause it shouldnt of been partial it should of been complete, I get an email back saying that they found some tires and already shipped them when I was supposed to be getting a refund, so when I got them they wasnt even the tires I ordered they are different and now they wont take them back they say just sell them on ebay, I said no I will ship them back and want my money back and also want a refund on shipping them back he said ok guy go ahead send them back and we will charge you a 7.5% restocking fee on them so I have to suffer and out shipping and the restocking fee for what they was supposed to give me my money back on and on tires that are different from what was ordered anyway, and also got some dust seal covers for the wheels that were a guarantee fit but they did not fit they want give me my money back on them eitherI even talked with the manager and he wanted to argue with me instead of try to fix the problem that they caused

3 months no parts nothing they seem to be gone on face book they do not answer the phone they will not respond to emails

In 46 years of life Buggy Depoit hold the worst shadyist buying experience I have ever had. They stock nothing they drop ship everything Travis the owner admitted this. The web site says IN STOCK SHIPS NEXT DAY.

I bought 2 time both terriable first one I chalked up to Christmas. Took 3 weeks and several phone calls to make this happen.

Ordered again 2 weeks in numerous calls I asked for a refund and submitted a refund request. I was told that they had 25 days to review my request for refund. Left no choice I filed fraud on my credit card a was refunded. Travis the owner is a blow hard tells you about weather and supplier problems and his 800 page web site.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT BUGGY DEPOT RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN.

The customer and *** of our staff were in communication regarding the status and delay of the parts*** truthfully explained that the laser-cut materials for the spindles were out of stock, and more were on order from our laser cutterWhen the materials arrived, *** communicated to the customer that he would fabricate the spindles that day, but also voiced concern that there may not be a shipping pickup that day due to worsening weather conditionsIt was not stated that the welder was not in that day; *** himself is the welder/fabricator
There was intermittent phone service downtime during the period stated in the complaint due to weather conditionsAs was the case for most of the USA during February, we were hit by several major winter storms which did cause disruption with power outages and phone issues for hours at a time imtermittentlyHowever, our actively manned live email address was sent in all of our email correspondences to the customer including order confirmation and registration in the storeWe also offer an active online forum for contacting us publically or privately 24/7, as well as a feedback section for posting positively or negatively about our servicesThis section is used by our customers to get public resolution to any issues they have, or to voice a complaint or praise uncensored.

We don't have a separate manager phone lineOur only number is *** *** ***It is likely that a member of our staff called the customer while away from the office or after hours from a home or cell number, we routinely continue to follow up open customer service issue after hours

A replacement transmission gasket was sent after receiving a call from the customer about the issueThis was covered under our Parts Protection Guarantee, viewable on our website:
"We guarantee that your package will arrive with its contents in-tact and undamagedDuring packing, we take into account the rough handling that packages sometimes receive from carries during transitIf your order arrives with damaged or missing parts, we will make right the situation with you first, then we'll take care of things with the carrier afterwards."
Shipping Materials:
We do recycle shipping materials that we receive from our suppliersWe believe this policy to be positive, as we are able to offer lower shipping rates directly to our customers and it reduces pollutionAt times this does include ads that some of our domestic distributors use as packing material when sending parts to usTypically we shred any paper ads before using for our own packing to the end customer
Offer:
Since our staff acted within the bounds of our policies as stated on our website, we will not offer a partial refund in this situationHowever we do encourage the customer to contact us for a reasonable *** *** since there was a delay, we hope to continue a positive relationship in the future
We would like to point out that over orders to date, this is the very first complaint we have received through Revdex.com or other such organizationsThrough our Online Forum and active customer feedback section, we have managed to resolve all customer service issues through being fully transparent over the last years of operation

I am new to this site so please understand I have never posted problems with a company until problems with Buggy Depot.

First of all I ordered an engine in February and did not receive until April. Then all the parts were not shipped, called and some parts were sent but not all of them. Finally after about a month I got all the parts. As I started putting everything together nothing matched up, wrong brackets, wrong cables again another 2-3 weeks and finally got the wrong parts again. Tried getting in touch with Travis but that did not work I guess customer satisfaction is not a priority to him. O' I am sorry he wanted me to send pictures which I had already done about 10 times.

Finally I gave up and started purchasing the right parts on my own. This has probably cost me about another $300.00. Well finally today I got everything together and fired it up and took off. About 50 ft. and the clutch blew into about 100 parts. After further examination the whole clutch assembly was wrong. The shaft was to long so they put a sprocket behind the clutch assembly to use as a spacer. Well the shaft being so long the outer clutch assembly had no room for the spline. I can go on and on but I am so frustrated after spending $1500.00 and still no Buggy

If your looking for a honest shopping experience don't shop here . They sent me a switch that didn't match their description I ordered a 2 pin they sent me a 3 pin and tell me it's a verified fit . I sent them pictures showing it's not a match . They ask me if I still have the packaging it came in if I did I can take it back to the post office and don't accepted it we are talking over 10 days later . I didnt have the package so then the guy goes into this well when I buy say like a air compressue I save the the packaging . Hes making it sound like I messed up but in fact they didn't send the write item . I should of read the reviews before ordering because there's a lot of negative reviews . Not a place I would shop at again and would not recommend to anyone .

Complete waste of my time and money. Sent me the wrong rim was supposed to be a 8"rim for a 7" wide tire when I opened the box it is actually a 8" rim for a 10" wide tire. Then come to find a 7.5% restocking fee will be charged for their mistake. Don't waste your time with these guys. I will surely sorce my parts elsewhere. To the manager of Buggy Depot, no you can not correct this problem by charging me more money. Will not pay to ship the part back and will not pay your silly restocking fee. But I will tell everyone that asks about your poor customer service.

I must start by saying the company does make the highest quality harness I've ever had my hands on. It's great to see they have it all to be plug and play as well as a fuse box, auto headlights, and some other small features you don't see from inferior harness. However the instructions provided are not what you would expect. You will not get a straight forward manual, you have to find the manual on the website as well as ignore that some of the wire colors, connectors, and some components do not match the description or pictures provided, because they are using an older version manual for a newer version harness. Do not expect to get a schematic because they will not provide you with one if you have to troubleshoot some of the information they neglected to provide. I had several issues and concerns (still do to this day) with the harness so I sent an email (they do not provide over the phone support), I waited over a week and after multiple attempts of me trying to call their main number and ask if they received my emails. Eventually, someone did email me but my issues were never fully resolved. After a month of not getting my issues addressed properly and not getting the proper support needed to complete the build for the upset client of mine I now have a harness that has no warranty due to the fact I could not get the harness adapter that was said to be sent to me so I essentially had to splice in to it to get my clients bike on the road a month after it was promised. If I knew the tech support was going to be this difficult to work with I never would have bothered to purchase this harness.

As a costumer, and now a proud client of Buggy Depot, I would like to express my satisfaction with the engineering, on-line trouble-shooting step by step, precise easy steps to guide you thru any obstacles you may have with a build, repair, or confident information concerning your situation. The assistance and additional Data and upgrade to be as current to date as the company can be, to better the product and service they provide. I would highly recommend the associates and staff's assistance at any time to anyone! A gentleman named Brandon, if I may say was an unbelievable asset to the team at Buggy Depot's upgrades', products, and overall knowledge of any problem I had, that was in question. To the point and confidence, and obvious on hands knowledge, well you can't buy that anywhere!!! I highly recommend this company for your needs, if I'm wrong, you don't know what you are doing! Review: We ordered parts for our [redacted] from the buggy depot, they said 2-3 days after payment was processed the parts were to be shipped right out. After waiting 1 month we called them to see why the parts weren't here, the buggy depot manager proceeded to give us a list of excuses a mile long. Ex, they didn't have the right steel in stock, their welder wasn't there due to a snow storm.... And several others. Then we finally got all but the spindles in a box that was to small to protect the parts during shipping. The gasket we ordered came wrapped in a [redacted] ad flyer!!!!! And the gasket was torn in several places. To make things right for it taking so long they said they would ship it over night and refund all shipping costs. That never happened. We are still waiting on parts and can't contact them. I've tried calling several times, both the main number and the managers number, nobody has picked up the phone.Desired Settlement: I'd like a replacement transmission gasket. And we would like the rest of the parts shipped over night within 2 days. And would like some of the $600+ that we paid them to have the parts in 2-3 day refunded.
