Bugman initial visit was done on the October 12,2015 for the amount of 428.00 this invoice was paid with a check. We had set an appointment for Oct19th to go back out and do a second treatment for $200.00 and a third treatment on the Oct 26th for$150.00.For the 2nd treatment I was out of town and had a different employee answering the phone so whenMs [redacted] called my employee was not clear on what was going on at that time. At this time I wascontacted and questioned about the service at that point the service technician called and set up anappointment for Friday Oct 23rd at 11.00. During this time, Ms [redacted] called another company, this wasto do the second service and at that time I received an email from [redacted] about theproblems they were having in scheduling and invoicing. I responded to [redacted]and had notheard back for several day until Ms [redacted] emailed me back, all the emails are included , I responded and ask him if he would still let us finish the job there would be no further charges to complete this job,Ms [redacted] responded and let us complete the job. 2 invoices were given to her brother who meet us atthe job site, one for the amount of the first treatment which was paid, and the one that we did notcharge for on 10-27-2015, this was our second treatment and final service.I talk to Ms. [redacted] on November3, 2015 and ask if everything had been taken care of at that time, shehad responded yes.
