I just called Clayton Heating (Tuesday at 4:PM degrees out)My 82year old mother's furnace quit workingI called for service & they told me that they could not come out until ThursdayEven though she had them out month ago to make sure that her furnace was working (paid $600.00)What kind of service is this? BAD
I'm a handicapped large man at the Warner house apartments and my air conditioning unit has not been working since they installed this incredibly stupid central airMy unit has been extremely hot and my service animal almost died because of the heat in my apt due to the degree weather outsideToday they refused to come out and repair my unit leaving it up to maintenance trying to "talk them through it" over the phone to prevent a service tripIf my service animal would have died and if not for me coming home in time to perform life saving procedures she'd be gone and that's a second degree felonyThese so called "professionals are a joke and will do anything not to go out to do workNothing but young inexperienced kids out of school with absolutely no real on the job experience are employed thereBeing disabled I had to deal with extreme heat in my apt running fans that blow hot airSo don't hire these peopleThere's no excuse for this kind of business to be in existence and nobody deserves this kind of treatment especially the disabledPERIOD!
My son is a U of A student living in Tucson, where as I live near Sierra Vista. So when I needed to find a repair shop, I asked a parts supplier who they recommended in Tucson. I have taken my son's car in twice for repairs. Both times what I believed to be the problem was not what was found. I was contacted and told what had been found and that the far more costly repair I anticipated was not the problem. Both time they repaired only what was needed to be repaired, where as they could have easily performed the anticipated extra repairs and I would have not known any difference. This honesty and professionalism is rare for this industry. Many have experienced, including myself, extra/ unnecessary repairs to vehicles to up the cost to the customer and increase the profit of a repair shop. I can only highly recommend Roy Metcalf Automotive through the outstanding experiences I have had doing business with them.
They are professional and competent. Jobs come in at the price quoted. Our vehicles always run great and all issues are resolved. They have handled large problems and offered solutions that are friendly to our budget but they never compromise on safety.
