follow-ups and provided bed bug covers to the clients.  Unfortunately on the 4th and last service , there was an error on our part as to the time of the appointment, not the date as they state. we apologized for the time error   customer could not do the time that we arrived and was supposed to reschedule.  We show no records of a call from them to reschedule the appointment.  In reading their complaint they confirm that they were advised it would take 6 weeks but then state they were still seeing them after the 6 weeks.  The dates on the complaint are Purchase date 8/16/2016 and problem occured date as 8/30/2016.  This is only a 2 week time frame so it appears some confusion lies somewhere with the time line.   As far as the other part of their complaint of smelling alcohol, My company is a family owned and operated company, the technicians are my sons, I was on site for most of the services , I am deeply concerned about these accusations of what they "think " they may have smelled I myself consider that remark to be some kind of tactic/ slander towards myself , employees, as well as my company. Bugsy"s Pest Control                                                    ** [redacted], Maine [redacted]                                                       [redacted]
