Pacific Curbing has the worst customer service and should be avoided at all costsOn July 29th, we were scheduled to have an estimate at 6:00pm; by 6:30pm, no one had shown up or called us, I called the owner who explained to me that his wife would be arriving in a few minutesA few minutes after I spoke to the owner, his wife called stating that she had been delayed by rain and would be at our house in twenty minutes; she came an hour later, one and a half hours past the scheduled timeShe was not apologetic about being late, but was eager to help us find a style and colorWe decided on a design and color and were scheduled to have our curbing done at 9:30am on August 13thOn August 12th, at 6:43pm, I received a call from the same woman who gave us the quote, stating that we may have to delay our installation due to rain, but that she would call me in the morning to let me know for certain, and to reschedule if neededSkip to August 13th, 10:30am, no one came and we didn't receive a call eitherI called and spoke to the same woman, I am unsure of her name due to her strong accent, she didn't know who I was at first, then immediately became defensive and rude stating that they could not do the work because there was a chance of rain and that she had planned to call me later in the day to rescheduleI explained that I understood they could not work in the rain, but was told I would receive a call and that I was disappointed in their customer service thus far, she snapped at me and told me that if I wasn't happy with their customer service, or if I didn't like the way they handled their business, that I could find a new business to do the jobI am most certainly finding a new business b and hope that my story will help other customers who are looking for a business to do their concrete curbingThis company obviously does not care about their customers and are eager to send customers away
