Build A Bandit

Terrible communication. Not able to contact anyone, cannot get any answers to questions or even the car which we are in contract over and they have been paid in full for. The contract states a delivery time of 10 months when I contacted them for an update after 9 months I was told that I had been mis-informed and it would be 15 to 18 months. I was told Jan. 30, 2012, they were on time for a late Feb. delivery and now I again cannot get a hold of anyone and have received info of them going bankrupt. I have copies of my money wire receipt and my contract with Bob the owner's signature on. I keep getting lied to and the run around. There have been financial problems all along and bribes and pay offs between company employees and other customers. Even the employees have been described as "dirty." There was an incident in July of 2012 where a customer was injured and authorities were involved and the company was closed until they could pass safety inspections, also no money available to complete any builds/orders. When the company received new orders and payments, they use the money to complete previous orders they are behind on then have no money to complete current orders with. I have paid in full for a car I was under contract to received over a year ago and now I want a refund and am unable to reach anyone.
