has contacted me regarding this matter since my complaint submission. Could you please ask them to clarify? If they are referring to their latest email before my complaint submission, their suggestion to me was not satisfactory - I did not want to send my daughter's bear back and disappoint her. I let them know that that was not an acceptable solution of the issue, but I never heard back. I am confused by their response. Thank you, [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. We went back to the store and the children had a wonderful experience! The manager was wonderful about everything. He apologized for our previous experience and was very sincere. Today they sent me a gift card via email that I was not expecting, which was great. They definitely went above and beyond. I appreciate them fixing the experience.
