I had permanent make-up eyeliner done and made a complaint at business .And was told I would have to wait 4 to 6 weeks befor they could do anything. she was making it out to be all me.and she wants another $100. to fix her mess up. my eyes are not even.the lines are thicker in places.I also paid Her $266.for the mess.I also feel I couldnt trust her to fix them she made a scene when I went to talk to her about it. THis is on my face and I need it fixed
