I got 17 windows from this place (a big mistake) an one window is fogging up I called on the 10/13/2020 and got an answer told me what to send them and I did said they would get back to me that afternoon never did I called them an now they will not answer the pone
I payed a lot of money for these windows charge me 1,000 dollars a window no matter what the size I got some that are only about 6" wide and some that are double wide all the same price
I should had knowing better that I was getting ripped off
I should have going to a big company and got a better deal or at less I would have got my repairs done without all the run around Also they never did provide any paper work about the windows no job # I got all this on my own A lot of calling to get this information
I now realize what a mistake the wife and I made by not getting a reputable company (using a scab company instead of a reputable company a big mistake)

The business never addressed with me The first time I called they answer the phone and said too send the number from the broken and that they would get back to me that day never did I called a few times and they would not answer the phone call
I would like a full refund on that broken window and get it re placed by someone else that we can trust
As we appreciate the appropriateness of utilizing the Revdex.com there is no transparency on the actual customer/company relationship. Only what one says. We have reached out to this member and left messages regarding this incident 3 times now including texts that began yesterday at 3 pm.(documented as soon as an email notification came in from the Revdex.com) They have chosen to withdraw themselves from direct communication and utilize the Revdex.com as formal communication. We apologize for the experience they are having as we have committed ourselves to making every client experience fair and just. I'm not sure what more can be done. Client called on Monday requesting replacement of a fogged sash. ( after a hurricane nobody, not even the manufacturer will warranty a fogged sash after an act of nature) We listened to the concern, we offered a quick solution which upon request the client took photos of the necessary document. We received them at approximately 10am on Tuesday (documented) and ordered the replacement sashes through our vendor at our expense. Unfortunately there must have been a loss in communication on what the next steps were and now they have decided to slander our business. This is not an approach we take lightly, however all supporting documentation from our company suggests we have done all necessary to satisfy our client. People are quick to post the bad but never post the good.

I never received any respond from this business
only a call I made on 10/12/2020 an they answered the phone but I called backed an they will not answer my calls So I don't know what they are going to do I just wait an see if nothing happen so be it this is a bad deal for me an my wife so we did wrong by letting them do this job all the work that they did was not up to power some was never done We just payed them so we could move on
