[redacted] [redacted] Aloha and good morning ***In response to this complaint we at build it green are always striving for customer coaching and support Evident by our ratings on [redacted] and Revdex.com.This customer already received an upgraded charge controller priced at $295.00,at no extra charge, to try and help her situationWe live in a rainy placeMost houses take 24-solar panels to run their entire home , this customer bought Please ensure that this one solar panel was installed by a licensed electrician so that we can ensure proper install thus getting as best a result as possibleAll our items(100%) in store qualify for state 35% and federal tax credits , %This has not changed in several yearsThis is always the same numbers shared to every customerState can be converted to cash back , Fed is tax credit only, this also has not changed in several years.I hope this helps show we made a effort and large contribution to the causeHenry and myself are both [redacted] certified and constantly take renewing education to stay up with changing products .Thanks for your support in customer relations ***.Aloha [redacted]

We live in a rainy place. Most houses take 24-40 solar panels to run their entire home , this customer bought 1. Please ensure that this one solar panel was installed by a licensed electrician so that we can ensure proper install thus getting as best a result as possible. All our items(100%)  in store qualify for state 35% and federal tax credits  , 30 %. This has not changed in several years. I am rejecting this response because:McCully aka [redacted] has not responded to any single one of my numerous complaints in his response.Please see my original complaint which includes all of the costs to me for trying to get electricity.  I will be filing suit for damages including pain and suffering for being without power because of "[redacted]'s' lies and fraudulent business practices.
