Over the internet, the item in question (swimming pool pump) was advertised as $ When called to confirm the price and the description of the product, they raised the price to $and demanded only cash I went to their warehouse to pick up the product but they would not bring out the product unless I paid for it first On or about 2/1/2016, I paid for the product and brought the product home Upon assembling the product, I realized that the item in the box did not match the product as advertised or the description on the box The description on the box said 3/horse power motor pump but the product itself was only 1/horse powerThe advertisement states it is 13" but it was only 12"I called ad requested for an exchange or a full refund He claimed to be busy at that time and that he will get back to meI followed up with him several times (at least three times) after the initial complaint and I also texted him to respond to me He still has not called or contacted me
