Build claims to help first time investors They do not help They found me a house that was supposed to be an easy cosmetic rehab I trusted the salesman on the comps and the deal The only thing I had to do was the rehab I stayed under the budget The house sold from way under the price I was told I totally trusted them on the house They did not do an inspection If you do a deal with build make sure you get your own inspection Get your own contractor Get your own comps Get your own realtorBasically do everything yourself After I lost a lot of money I talked to the owner of the company He said that the house should have never been purchased and they fired the guy that put that deal together Apparently that bad employee that he hired was my bad fortune Stay away from build You will not make money
As a first time client of Build Realty, Incin *** *** Ohio I would like to warn future clients of our bad experience We bought a house from them through their *** Funding program and found out you do not own the property you close on, your just a beneficiary of the property When you get bids from contractors you will find out that picking your own contractor is not in their plans We used a contractor they recommended (*** *** ***) that turned out to be a major loss for us They did not do the work we had agreed upon then they went way over budget along with weeks on the budgeted time span If you decide to use this company please see a lawyer in advance because the contracts you sign will leave you losing a lot of money It isn't really a scam per say but as a buyer of their services you will be on the losing side I would not recommend this company or their recommended contractors without first seeking legal adviceUnhappy Client
