Contracted to do work on 2/15/18. In mid April was advised company could not do work at price quoted. Requested and was promised a refund.
No refund received. Promised since mid April. Been following up by phone weekly. Kept getting excuses why no refund yet. Typical "check on the way" type stalling. $754 charged on Citibank MC. Invoice # 16-01-476. Account # ***.
Either a cash refund or Charge card credit.
Refund received 6/7/18, complaint resolved.
